Agreement to terms

By using VoiceReel, you agree to these terms. If you're using VoiceReel on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.

The service

VoiceReel transcribes audio, cleans up the resulting script, and renders an AI avatar video from content you submit, whether through the web app, the API, or a connected Zapier or Make integration.

Accounts and credits

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Videos are billed against your free credits, a purchased credit pack, or your monthly plan. Credits are not refundable once a video has started rendering.

Your content

You keep ownership of the audio and text you submit. By submitting it, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use and submit it.
• It doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• It isn't defamatory, illegal, or knowingly false in a way intended to harm someone.

VoiceReel does not review submitted content before it is processed, whether it comes from the web app or an automated Zapier or Make trigger.

Zapier and Make integrations

If you connect VoiceReel to Zapier, Make, or a similar automation tool, any content that automation sends is treated as content you submitted yourself. You are solely responsible for configuring your Zaps and Scenarios, for the accuracy of what they send, and for reviewing generated videos before you share or publish them. VoiceReel is not liable for videos generated from automated submissions you configured, including content sent without your direct review at the time of generation.

AI-generated content

VoiceReel generates video, script, and transcript output using third-party AI models. This output is produced automatically and may not perfectly match your original audio or intent. VoiceReel does not verify the accuracy of generated scripts or videos, and is not responsible for how a generated video is interpreted, represented, or used once it's created, whether by you or by anyone you share it with. You are responsible for reviewing your videos before distributing them and for how you and others represent that content publicly.

Acceptable use

You won't use VoiceReel to generate videos that impersonate a real person without their consent, spread deliberately false or misleading claims, or otherwise violate applicable law. We can suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

No warranty

VoiceReel is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that transcription, scripts, or videos will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceReel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damages arising from misrepresented, inaccurate, or misused generated content, whether submitted directly or through a connected automation like Zapier or Make. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid VoiceReel in the three months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VoiceReel against claims arising from content you submit, including content submitted through a connected Zapier or Make integration, and from your use or distribution of generated videos.

Termination

You can stop using VoiceReel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as VoiceReel changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
