VoiceReel ("VoiceReel," "we," "us") turns audio and text you provide into an AI avatar video. This policy covers what we collect, how we use it, and how it works when you connect VoiceReel to Zapier or Make.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, password (hashed), and plan or credit balance.
• Content you submit: audio files, voice memos, and text you upload or paste, plus the avatar and voice you choose.
• Generated content: transcripts, cleaned scripts, and the rendered videos produced from what you submit.
• Payment information: handled directly by Stripe. VoiceReel does not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: job status, timestamps, and file size, used to process and troubleshoot your videos.

How we use your information

• To transcribe your audio, generate a script, and render your video.
• To maintain your account, avatar preferences, and credit balance.
• To send status updates and, if you request it, a webhook notification when a video is ready.
• To troubleshoot failed jobs and keep the service reliable.

We do not sell your audio, transcripts, or generated videos.

Zapier and Make integrations

When you connect VoiceReel to Zapier or Make, the trigger you build controls what gets sent to us: text, an audio file URL, an avatar ID, or a webhook URL for callbacks. That data is processed the same way as anything you submit directly through the VoiceReel web app, and it's tied to your VoiceReel account, not to Zapier or Make. You control what your Zap or Scenario sends us; VoiceReel only processes the input it receives.

Third-party processors

VoiceReel relies on a small number of processors to do its job:

• OpenAI, to transcribe audio and clean up scripts.
• HeyGen, to render the avatar video.
• Stripe, to handle payment and billing.
• Zapier and Make, only if you choose to connect them.

Each provider only processes the data needed to perform its part of the pipeline.

Data retention

Audio uploads, transcripts, and rendered videos are kept for as long as your account is active, so you can access your job history. You can request deletion of your account and its content at any time by contacting us.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including transmitting uploads over encrypted connections and limiting internal access to what's needed to operate the service. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as VoiceReel changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
